Chris Wood Chris Wood, CEO
Christopher Wood has been our Chief Executive Officer and Director of the Board since our formation. He is responsible for daily operations and business development. Previously he was one of the founders and a major shareholder of Wako Express (China) Co. Ltd. and Wako Air Express (HK) Co. Ltd., now wholly owned subsidiaries of WLG, Inc., Chris holds a First Class Honors degree in Physics from Imperial College, London University, and a Ph. D. in Theoretical Physics from Balliol College, Oxford University.
Dave Koontz Dave Koontz, CFO
David Koontz began his career with Arthur Andersen & Co. and served as a partner in its offices in Los Angeles, Hong Kong, Singapore, and Tokyo. Next, he joined a large private garment manufacturer and retailer headquartered in Hong Kong, serving as its Chief Financial Officer and Director of Business Development. Dave also served as the CFO of a U.S. public company listed on the American Stock Exchange. He earned a CPA certificate granted by the State of California and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business from California State University at Northridge.
Remo Picchietti, Jr. Remo Picchietti, Jr., Executive Vice President
Remo Picchietti joined WLG in August 2007 when the group acquired World Commerce Services, LLC, a U.S.-based logistics provider that traces its roots back to 1976. Prior to acquiring World Commerce in 2004, Remo was a principal of Mayflower Associates, a firm he founded to invest in global logistics related businesses. Before that, he was the owner and president of DBA Products Co., Inc., a business he sold to a Fortune 500 company. Remo has exported, imported, and manufactured product in more than 100 countries, with extensive field experience in many of those markets. He has developed and managed staff and facilities from the Americas to Europe and Asia. In addition to his professional activities, Remo teaches graduate-level classes in International Management and International Marketing, specializing in global logistics. He earned his MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management and his B.S. from Drake University. 
Paul John William Pomroy Paul John William Pomroy, Director
Paul Pomroy has extensive experience within the industry, including freight forwarding, customs brokerage, and logistics services in Australia and Southeast Asia. In 1984, he cofounded Asean Cargo Services, now a WLG subsidiary, and has served as its Managing Director since its inception.

Robert Wong Robert Wong, CEO
Named CEO in 2008, Robert Wong has been Senior VP of Hong Kong and South China since February 2004. Prior to joining WLG, he was the Group Vice President of Jardine Logistics Services (HK) Ltd., a logistics service provider, and acted as a logistics consultant at ANL Container Line Pty Ltd. in Melbourne. He holds an MBA and full membership in The Chartered Institute of Shipbroker (MCIS), The Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (MILT), and The Chartered Institute of Marketing (MCIM).
Raymond Chan Raymond Chan, V.P.
Raymond Chan has been leading Sea Freight, Logistics, and Supply Chain Management at Wako Express (China) Co. Ltd. and Wako Air Express (HK) Co. Ltd. since 1986. He received an Outstanding Service Award from Target Store Australia for Logistical Support in 2002.
Bill Ip Bill Ip, V.P.
Bill Ip has been a Vice President of our Wako Express China subsidiary (Central and North China) since February 2005. Prior to that he was the General Manager. Bill has nearly 30 years of experience in the industry working for shipping lines and forwarding companies, both in Hong Kong and China.
Zina Lam Zina Lam, G.M., Perishables and Pharmaceuticals
Zina Lam joined Wako Express (China) in 1999 and has been responsible for developing the perishables business in Hong Kong and China. She has brought in a unique regular service of sea freight refrigerated groupage from Europe to Hong Kong. Also, she has successfully developed a one-stop logistics service solution for clients between Hong Kong and the rest of the world. Additionally, she is involved in the development of the pharmaceuticals market in Hong Kong and China. Zina is also the Personal Assistant to Mr. Chris Wood, CEO of WLG, Inc.

Paul John William Pomroy Paul John William Pomroy, CEO
Paul Pomroy also serves as the CEO of the Australia group.
United Kingdom
Antony Wilshaw Antony Wilshaw, V.P., Operations and Finance
Antony Wilshaw joined WLG (United Kingdom) Ltd. when it started business in the United Kingdom in September 2006, and is responsible for operations and finance. He has more than 25-years experience in the freight and logistics industry and has worked for several public companies, holding a number of management positions. For the last eleven years he has been a director of one of the United Kingdom’s largest independent companies in our industry. Being responsible for this company's regional offices gave him a wide range of experience in operations, sales, and finance at a senior level.
Gordon Dean Gordon Dean, V.P., Business Development
Gordon Dean joined WLG (United Kingdom) Ltd. in September 2006. At the turn of 2007, he entered his 22nd year in the logistics and freight forwarding industry, with 19 of those years being heavily involved at core operational levels. The majority of his experience lies within the Far East / Indian Sub-Continent markets, focusing mainly on the Hong Kong, China, and India import trade lanes. Gordon has held a number of key managerial roles within the logistics industry and was a Board Director of Kay Logistics.

Remo Picchietti also serves as the CEO of the USA group.

Jennifer Parker, Senior Vice President
Jennifer Parker joined the WLG company World Commerce Services, LLC in 1996.  Since that time she has managed the brokerage division, the ocean and air export departments and the air import department.  In her previous position as Vice President of Operations, Jennifer directed the strategy and growth of operations in our Chicago office and was instrumental in the opening and management of our San Francisco and Los Angeles offices.  Prior to joining the company, Jennifer held the position of Chicago Import Manager at Jacky Maeder, a European forwarder purchased by Circle International in 1996.  Jennifer has held a custom house broker license since 1989 and has qualified our National Permit with Customs and Border Protection since 2000.

Phillip Forsyth Phillip Forsyth, Senior Vice President
Phillip Forsyth is Senior Vice President of WLG, Inc., having served as Chief Executive of Wako Express (China) Co. Ltd.. Prior to joining the company, Phillip was a General Manager with Maersk Logistics, an international logistics services provider, in South China, and a Managing Director of World Connect Limited, a logistics services provider in Hong Kong.
